Especially that the number is now north of 46 million. Hell, 6 million would be a disaster. But if it saves the life of one Kurd, it's worth it. And we are phu*cking around with masks. Definitely wear a mask once you are homeless. That's how to virtue signal.

I need Krugman to weigh in here

Oregon fixed the eviction issue so that won't be a problem.

"And unless Congress extends extra unemployment benefits beyond July 31,"
July 31? what a coincidence - on the news they said that is the same day Washington state is targeting for the 71000 that filed for but have not received any unemployment benefits yet. At the same time they announced the 4.7 billion in funds is down to 2.8 billion. -

Evictions aren't actually going to happen because every Governor in the US is banning them for the foreseeable future. Inslee will extend WA State's ban again as we close in on the current August 1 date.RaceBannon said:And me

PORTLAND, Ore. — Oregon's temporary ban on commercial and residential evictions during the COVID-19 pandemic has been extended through Sept. 30.
Gov. Kate Brown on Tuesday signed the bill, which lawmakers approved during Oregon’s special session.
Currently, landlords can't evict anyone for not paying rent. The extension gives renters until March 31, 2021 to pay everything back without any late fees or being reported to credit agencies. -
If you're a renter who isn't paying and your landlord loses the property guess what?
You're fucked. -
That’s why I posted my comment you big dummy.NorthwestFresh said:
