Five minutes of someone's time could have easily determined this wasn't a racist hate crime. When you see that other garage doors have these very same "nooses" and you ask around about how long people have noticed the "noose" on that garage and maybe you make a few phone calls to other race teams that have used that garage at earlier races and you ask them if they had ever noticed this "noose" you'd quickly find out that nobody left a noose there because of Wallace.
Wallace calling people who didn't buy this bullshit story "simpleminded" just added fuel to the fire but NASCAR is the party that really fucked up. -
