I know that Ukrainians run the heroin at the ports here in Portland from a buddy who went from getting his Mechanical Engineering degree at Penn State to pier manager at the Portland docks to paying paid off or GTFO to heroin addict to homeless to prison within 8 or so years. The Ukrainians here don’t fuck around.
