If anything, allocate more funds to police departments for additional combat, weight, olympic style training sessions, so they can subdue most anyone. This guy was having his fucking way with those two arresting officers, so they had to resort to deadly force, no other choice. -

A carotid restraint works great great. The police had to use a name that didn't have the word "choke" in it. Having been choked out improperly once I can say it's no fun.GrundleStiltzkin said:
