Minneapolis City Council Votes to defund the police department

This doesn't end well for Minneapolis.
Seattle's City Council is just as left. I'm sure they will vote on this as well.
Effects if Seattle does this:
- Housing prices plummet.
- Amazon and other tech moves out.
- Homeless take over completely
Perhaps this would be perceived as a good result by the rats.

Yes they are. I live in the Bay Area. I have plenty of liberal friends down here. Hell you wouldn't have very many friends if you didn't have liberal friends down here. Even the few rational ones that I did discuss politics with, are completely irrational about this topic.
