Lake's staff is less than impressive (duh) but I dont see much problem with salaries or contracts. The head coach and program have to at least appear to be all in on the staff members otherwise wtf are they doing there? It's chump change anyways.

Meh. Azeem Victor was on his way to being an all American before breaking his leg. DJ Beavers stepped in and was really good before medically retiring. He was supposed to anchor the defense in 2018. Then BBK stepped in and was an all American. I can get on board with Gregory being an anchor in that he can't recruit on his own but him being the focal point as to why this staff sucks is really doogish.Baseman said:

It's obvious the coaches know they have to get him the talent, if you want to fire him over that fine, but he's done well with that talent. You want to fire him over not playing ulofoshio? Fine, he would probably admit he fucked up there. But manu and Wellington were beyond anyone's help. -
