Lake's staff is less than impressive (duh) but I dont see much problem with salaries or contracts. The head coach and program have to at least appear to be all in on the staff members otherwise wtf are they doing there? It's chump change anyways.

OTOH the overpaying of Gregory and Donovan is all the evidence we need that money isn't the problem. Selecting who to give the money to and how to disburse it is the problem. -
