IFL love Sardines. Always have since I was a lil Yella. Back when my summer jerb was painting wooden bleacher of Husky Stadium, some of the track guysm and myself would run up to QFC for sardines, saltines and tall Bud Heavy cans and that was lunch. -

TunaI used to eat so much tuna in high school (delicious dense protein) that one of my teammates taking a shit in the farthest stall at the other end of the locker room bathroom knew it was me taking a piss at the urinal because of the tuna smell in my piss. I just brought a family sized can, fork, and can opener to school with me every day and ate the whole can of fish plain.
Now I learn that all of that mercury has surely given me a hilarious retardation. Worth it. -
