Ticketmaster refusing to refund my Mariner tickets

I bought tickets to a Mariners-Yankees game in June. I asked for a refund. But because I didn't buy ticket insurance, they are refusing to refund my money.

Ticket master refunded broadway tickets (fuck off) after the tour was cancelled. Maybe the game had to be officially cancelled?

You were right. They sent me an email offering a refund option. I wonder why they didn't just tell me that originally. They must have had quite a backlash.

It will take 30 days to process the refund but that's understandable in looking at the big picture.
