Ticketmaster refusing to refund my Mariner tickets

I bought tickets to a Mariners-Yankees game in June. I asked for a refund. But because I didn't buy ticket insurance, they are refusing to refund my money.

You were right. They sent me an email offering a refund option. I wonder why they didn't just tell me that originally. They must have had quite a backlash.

It will take 30 days to process the refund but that's understandable in looking at the big picture.
