Warren supporters are already voting for Biden. Given that she contributed the most to tanking the Bernie campaign's chances I don't think she'd really help with them. Trump is in the process of handing Biden the election, so a safe pick makes sense. Klobuchar is too big a middle finger to too many people, so Harris is the obvious pick.
