I'm quite certain Jeremy Stevens cared enough about his animals to build a 6 foot fence around his entire 60 acres so they wouldn't cross into the neighbors property and, you know, maybe bite the neighbor kid's head off.
His history would indicate he is conscientious of other's property rights and safety like that.

Don't let your dogs run free. Old timers will shoot dogs chasing game. I had one old fella that used to let me bow hunt his property. He had 2 dogs that constantly chased deer. He told me to shoot his own dwags if I saw them doing it again.

The important thing to note here is that Hope is still pretty cute. I can't unsee her stank ass meat curtains or forget about the hundreds (I assume) of stank ass sausages that have parted them. Otherwise I wood would her rather easily.
