At 6:30 KB talks about what is basically effective feedback. If players can leave the program with that they probably are built for life.

Also if you don't appreciate that this is the PR campaign for all of the coaches who shouldn't be here then @GrandpaSankey and that this is the only glimpse into what they (don't) do then you're missing an opportunity. -
