The LAPD is negligent in not following CDC guidelines. None of those officers are wearing gloves or masks. They, in turn, become carriers.
The LAPD is a government ordered vessel for spreading the pandemic. I don't recall the exponential numbers of people that each person who disregards the social distancing guidelines infects - but it is massive.
Mayor Garcetti is killing his own citizens. And ordering his officers to kill their families.
