    Billions is fantastic.

Never saw Billions. Watched two episodes of The Wire and found it tedious

Yeah, I get that. First time I watched the series I thought the first few episodes were slow. But give Stringer Bell some tim to get his guys in there...it really is a fantastic show. Or just watch the episode with Omar in the courtroom. It’s magnificent.
Okay, will do. It might be a little while, but I will try it again.

Haven't even heard of Billions, and The Wire is one of those shows that I missed at the time. By the time I heard about it being the greatest thing ever, there were already so many seasons in the can (ILTCIITCIWILTD) that it was an intimidating time commitment to get started. The Mrs. and I gave it a go for a few episodes, but it was pretty slow. I was ready for that, as word on the street is "give it time," but then I changed jobs and TV went pretty much out the window.

Some day I hope to get terminal cancer so I can sit in bed and catch up on all the rad shows I missed, but for now I'm sitting this one out.

Billions is by FAR my favorite show on TV right now though Succession is kind of catching up.

Bobby, Wags, Dollar Bill, Taylor, Chuck, Wendy, Mafee - all classic characters.

If somehow they could work Lloyd, Ari and Mrs. Ari from Entourage in, that would be awesome.
