It’s a fair point and I do think a lot of GM’s are too quick to extend QB’s but you don’t get fired when you make the playoffs every other year and are commonly a 10-6 team. You go 3-13 with a rookie QB or some bum vet and you do.FireCohen said:

However, I don’t think Russ is one of them. He makes you a contender every year. Don’t strike out on draft picks. Make your free agent signings count. Basically, be good at your job and you’ll have a chance. -
