Food and Beverage industry. Saw him in the mornings a couple times in Arlington. There’s a few guys living in vans around there. He had the least amount of dogs. They used to have a methadone clinic where the truck stop is. Sometimes his van was there but generally parked next to Denny’s.animate said:
