Bralon Addison (Oregon WR) Suffers Non-Contact Injury to Knee
Oregon Ducks WR Bralon Addison suffered a non-contact injury to left knee at practice Wednesday (confirmed by @AndrewGreif).
If I remember right, he was their best receiver last year, or close to it. Great punt returner as well. Tuff blow if he is out for the season.

I remember him personally plungering @HeretoBeatmyChest in last year's game.

<<<<<<< Praying that Bralon needs an amputation.
Is that pronounced Bray-lawn or Bra-lawn? -

I hope all my team's opponents players get FBA and die.
HTH. -
Maybe, but that's a big loss if it's an ACL. The rest of your WR's are either unproven or role player like Keanon Lowe. You don't have Huff and DAT anymore either. Big loss.AZDuck said:Doog post of the day

Sven - point taken.
WTF is a non-contact knee injury anyway?
oh yeah -

It's from Canzano, so suspect. -
Are you new here? THIS is a non-contact knee injury:AZDuck said:Sven - point taken.

I'd seriously blocked that from my memory.
Thanks, asshole. -
What I posted was not, "dooging".... Dooging would be me saying:
"BRALON ADDISON BLEW OUT HIS KNEE, HAHAHAHA THAT'S WHAT YOU GET WHOREGON!!! PHIL KNIGHT CAN'T PAY TO GET HIS KNEE FIXED NOW, LOOKS LIKE YOU WILL STILL HAVE 'O' NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS!!!!11!!"
That is dooging, there is a difference. FUCK. -

The smart money was always on Boise.....I mean Addison.TierbsHsotBoobs said:I remember him personally plungering @HeretoBeatmyChest in last year's game.

Huff and Addison were their best receivers last year and, yes, Addison was a great punt returner. He returned two for TDs vs Cal. Granted that's CAL, but still. Ducks have a lot of talent at WR but it's mostly unproven. Addison would be a big loss. I hate injuries, even to the other guys. Worst part about football.CokeGreaterThanPepsi said:John Canzano @JohnCanzanoBFT

Too early for T's and P's??

For the first time in a long time, there's a lot more questions going into a season in Eugene than there are known answers.
-
With Frosty Westering calling the plays Belotti will be just fine.
Let it play out. -
Apparently it is a confirmed ACL tear.
-
The fact that there isn't a post yet about this on doogman is all the proof you need that place is dead.
Addison is a huge loss for the ducks though. That guy is their second biggest weapon on offense (other than Mariota) by a long shot. Losing him would be akin to UW losing Cody Bruns if he would have turned out to be our Wes Welker. -
It's not just that the place is dead, it's that I honestly don't know who is left over there that would be able to even figure out that Oregon just suffered a big loss. It's the blind leading the blind over there now.

A regular who's who of football idiocy -
Did we win yet?

Could be worse for Addison....he could have went swimming in the McKenzie river.
*gurgle* -
He's basically DAT 2.0. Losing him would hurt badly, but there's still lots of time for him to heal and be ready to kick some serious ass when the season starts.CokeGreaterThanPepsi said:John Canzano @JohnCanzanoBFT

Figured you'd be happy. Him being hurt increases the chance Helfrich bombs and is on death row entering 2015.oregonblitzkrieg said:
