Check that, really and truly 0 DT recruits this year. Couldn't even keep the PWO on board.

I never blame a kid for taking a CWU education

this comes down to free versus about $30,000/year though doesn't it?RaceBannon said:I never blame a kid for taking a CWU education

But yes a full ride is hard to pass up -
so basically signing day this year we lost a PWO and lost a signee...incredible progress.
-
Can't blame the kids for a free education... but yeah, this year's recruiting is full of lols

Aren't D2 schools just partial scholarships? He's likely still paying.Meek said:

you have to factor in the cheaper cost of living at a place like wherever the fuck CWU is versus Montlake, though.UWhuskytskeet said:

Ya nobody has a full ride in D2 football.

Isn't Central the cheapest school in the state? Per UW's own literature, expected first year cost for resident undergrad is $29K. CWU is $25K (I'm shocked it's this high!). Even a partial scholarship might cut that down to $20K or less. That's pretty significant per year.
Still, I'm kind of surprised it's this close. If you really believe in yourself as a football player, to the point where you think you could earn a scholarship at UW, I'm not sure that's a big enough difference to forego the bright lights and better school*.
*Although let's not go knocking Central's lauded Primate Behavior department. -

This. 300 pound Samoans from Bellarmine don’t get overlooked. He very likely sucks.dnc said:
