In the 247Sports Composite rankings, Manning is the N0. 27 overall prospect and the No. 3 cornerback in the class. With the changes to the composite rankings, Oregon currently ranks with the No. 11 recruiting class in the country and the No. 1 class in the Pac-12 according to the 247Sports Composite Team Recruiting Rankings.
With Manning adding a fifth star in the 247Sports Composite Rankings, the Ducks now have three five-star prospects in the 2020 recruiting class. Manning joins linebackers Noah Sewell and Justin Flowe as the five-star prospects in Oregon's 2020 class.”
