    Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell Tuesday bluntly acknowledged some of the political realities surrounding the upcoming Senate impeachment trial of President Donald Trump, notably saying, "I'm not impartial about this at all."

    "I'm not an impartial juror," he said flatly. "This is a political process. There is not anything judicial about it. Impeachment is a political decision."

    McConnell also predicted the whole exercise will all be for naught because Trump will be acquitted by the GOP-led Senate: "We will have a largely partisan outcome," he said.

    McConnell is being honest, Chuckie Schumer said the same thing during the Clinton impeachment, and of course, the democrat led senate had already made up its mind not to remove Clinton.

    Nan's spin is nonsense. Holding the articles up after screeching about how urgent the matter is does not equate to a victory. It's a white flag.

    Now I'm hearing Nan cleverly delayed passing the articles to the senate to help Biden and hurt Bernie. The Bern will be stuck in his senate seat whilst Crazy Joe is on the campaign trail gobbling up votes like a hair sniffing Pac Man. Big if true, chinteresting either way, since the DNC does not want the non-democratic socialist Bern heading their ticket anyhow.
