Jimmy Lake's seat is scorching hot now. The Michigan blowout will light it on fire
Fire Jimmy Lake. Seriously. There's still time to salvage this if we act quickly.

Tennessee fans would never let this oc hire happen.

Pete wasn't an all time great coach. And he didn't get Washington.

Call me when the UW Athletic Department is serious about fielding a consistent playoff-caliber team that may challenge for the NC every now and then. They are happy being just above .500 as long as doogs keep buying tickets and merchandise.BaldwinIV said:Inherits a great program from an all time great coach in Petersen and immediately airballs his most important hires (which will have ramifications for 2+ years), through some combination of extreme tone deafness, hubris, and unintelligence.

So, Jimmy is going to be here until he decides to LEAVE. No one gets fired here. When they do, they are allowed to coach a team to a 0-12 season. -
It is like they feel winning is a bonus. This built for life shit isn’t working out, especially without the real leader of it.PurpleBaze said:

I've made a reference to "Montlake Mariners" in another thread. Don't want to be too repetitive, even though repetitiveness is prevalent on this bored.Dawgtona said:

Washington spends the most money on football in the pac-12, they care. This is a situation where you have to trust the coach and let him hire whoever he wants. Guys like Malloe, Lake and coach K weren’t some big time hires but they all have worked out. I understand the frustration and you have the right to feel however you want but if these hires fail then it’s on jimmy not the UW administration.
