I feel like my favorite female socialist AOC needs to give our coaches and the UW Football and Athletics staff a tutorial on how and when to post social media.
Which is why I want Gerald Alexander on staff: He knows how to post to social and engage with recruits and fans at the same time. If I were hiring him on that sole skill, he'd be at the top of my board. -
If we are going to play that many DB’s we need great tacklers or more hybrid LB/S types. DB tackling was really bad this year and needs to improve.

KT improved as the year went on. I want to see Dom Hampton get on the field more. I didn't see Dom showing the type of coverage skills you'd want to see last season but improvements there will allow a nice hybrid body to get on the field.insinceredawg said:

Personally I wish we were DL U. Or even LB U. GREAT defenses are built front to back not the reverse. Great fronts can make average DB's look good. Great DB's can't make up for a mediocre front seven. Championships are won from the line. Always been so.

Generally agree but it’s all important. Teams playing even one bad DB get exploited all the time. I think good DL are harder to find, especially out west so in recruiting they are more important. But we had almost no pass rush in 17 and 18 yet still had a good defense because our DB’s were so good. -

In other words, we weren't good enough to play them 14th and 15th game of the season.

With Asa and Cam getting a full year to get stronger I think we will see better tackling. Keith doesn’t really have an excuse and I don’t think he will ever be more than average at best but I didn’t see awful whiffs at the end of the season
