He has the Cougar's number but I will never be a fan of a Jimmy Lake defense.

The whole react/soft cushion philosophy drives me up the fucking wall. Maybe it's because of the talent he's been dealt but I much preferred the attack
mindset that Kwitkowsi brought. Put this defense up against the big boys and I think they give up 40 plus.

Agreed. Kwats defenses rarely had shit the bed performances outside the beginning of year 1. They always made adjustments too.

Cougs play right into Lake. If you run, we really aren’t a good defense and you can covert 3rd and short all game on us.

I don’t mind Lake’s defense most years but it’s awful if you don’t have great tacklers in the secondary, which we don’t.
