((((besides the Apple Cups)))))
Maybe I'm just grouchy but it feels like the wins in 2017-2019 haven't been very fulfilling. Holding on for dear life. Or offensive incompetence. Or just generalized low-energy, tight games that should have been blowouts. Games like Stanford '16 or the ACs were supremely enjoyable because the team showed up in totality. And the opponents weren't trash
2019 -
Eastern - doesn't count
Hawaii - doesn't count
@ Byu - maybe? I guess? But BYU is total trash
USC - tons of mistakes and errors prevented it from being a romp
@ Arizona - team is total garbage but I guess if you consider our desert woes it qualifies?
@ Oregon State - like getting stabbed by a rusty shank
2018
Maybe the @ Utah game, but offensive incompetence and Browning being Browning made 50% of the game miserable to watch.
idk

2017 UCLA. Crisp and sunny fall afternoon. Blanket game. We never beat the Bruins.

At the tim, I enjoyed the usc win a great deal. Seems long ago now.HuskyJW said:Look how many times UW has beaten USC in your life

The second half at Arizona was fun. We were at the game so that made a difference.
I'm getting older so I take it where I can get it. Really looking forward to watching our recievers trying to catch frozen rocks this week. -
USC only game this year.
Dante punt return record vs Oregon in ‘17.
Most of ‘16. -
2018 Pac 12 championship game I watched in person.
And 2018 Apple Cup win that @salemcoog had to watch in person. -
The apple cups for sure.
2017 Oregon.
I actually enjoyed the Otegon State game this year. Yeah the offense was maddening, but UW hasnt stuffed an opposing offense like that in a long time. I like defense. -
As fun as it is smashing WSU in the AC every year... I got far more enjoyment out of the 70-21 thrashing over Oregon. It was pretty nice seeing the helplessness on the faces of all their bandwagon fans.
Imagine if we'd have won any of our last 3 bowl games... to be fair we were rather big underdogs in all of them... but it probably would have been up there. -
i see 16 oregon listed (but they were shit that year) so ill go a different route, 2016 win on a friday night versus furd.
thought we? were special that year, little did we? know/realize furd were fuckin fugazi.
they lost to boofs by a score of 5-10 that year, jfc.
at least i didnt drop $800 for tickets to that game. -
Yep that Stanford win was more exciting than the Oregon game because I didn't expect it. That was the peak of the Petersen era for me.rodmansrage said:i see 16 oregon listed (but they were shit that year) so ill go a different route, 2016 win on a friday night versus furd.

I enjoyed the BYU game this year. But I understand your point.

2001 Rose Bowl
-
Idaho.
-
@Hawaii. The last time we played a QB willing to take shots and not afraid to get hit.
-
2016 Stanford. I was in Hawaii and watched while drinking a lot at a beachside bar. PCG against Colorado because we were there, Mrs. Nacho was drinking a shot of whiskey along with each beer and proceeded to wake up to tell me to reschedule our flight. We then ended up on the same flight as Warren Moon who I thought was Ronnie Lott at first.
2017 Oregon. I was there for the game + Dante's punt return + edibles.
2018 The Apple Cup because Cuog had Minshew and by God, this year was different! Utah in PCG because I jumped off the couch and yelled "we're going to the fucking Rose Bowl!" and Mrs. Nacho promptly pulled out her laptop and booked tickets.
2019 USC because regardless of their coach, it's still USC.
