It's so easy to write a review you might see some Doogs pop up to give a review. Shit you may even see a PLSS appearance.......EsophagealFeces said:Holy shit. This is awesome. Well done, Alex and Jenn. YBEs

It looks like Peterman had a bad experience with Kim as well. What a rough day to be Kim Grinolds, man.

Can we get some more info on that or a link?EsophagealFeces said:It looks like Peterman had a bad experience with Kim as well. What a rough day to be Kim Grinolds, man.

Five Reasons has landed. This is the link, Chest.

These are the 2 I may/may not be responsible for:
5 Reasons Why I'd Recommend Kim Grinolds
1. Kim is the best agent in the game. He has 20 years of experience, and will do whatever it takes to find your dream house.
2. Top flight assistants. They average 483 lbs. Fetters, Eklund, John B, these boys have an attitude and are ready to rumble.
3. Marshall Cherrington. A new intern and a new attitude. Many people around the office have noted the differences between Marshall and Jyot Sandhu.
4. Speed, speed, speed. This is the fastest group Kim has ever had working for him. Purpledawgfan, AuburnDawg, Brents, Section14A. The newbies will be experienced, but will provide a new dimension of speed Kim's never had before.
5. Time of Possession. Kim can dominate the competition and shorten the time it takes for you to take possession of your new house. The more Kim can shorten the game and keep other buyers away, the better chance you have of getting your house.
I think you'll buy your dream house rather easily, say $341,700?

I'll never trust Sark again
I took over as the head football coach at the University of Washington in December of 2013, and needed to find a house in the Seattle area. My predecessor Steve Sarkisian recommended that I talk to Kim Grinolds, lauding his experience and knowledge of the Seattle real estate market.
My experience was frustrating, to say the least. Kim didn´t really seem to care about my needs, he just kept asking for access to the football program and trying to get me to buy a house within walking distance of Vino at the Landing, a low-rent wine bar in Renton. When we'd meet for dinner to go over listings, he continuously tried to recommend cabs that drank like merlots, whatever the hell that means. Not once did he show me a listing near the University, they were all in South King County. I finally told him he was gone. I didn't even give him a warning.
After I fired him as my agent, he continued to hound me for information on the football program. He even "accidentally" left his Member's Only jacket in my office after my kick-ass introductory presser to give himself a reason to come talk to me. When he came back, he brought this obscenely large football and asked me to autograph it. I promptly told him to LEAVE! I would not recommend Kim to anyone, except maybe Sark. They deserve each other. And 0-12. Abundance.

Anyone doing reviews need to be sure and give him 1 house rating. A couple of them gave him 5, so he has a 3 house average. That needs to drop.
You are assuming people are actually considering hiring him. That is false.

If you noticed Jenn from the Dub Pub gave him a 1 star rating.dnc said:Anyone doing reviews need to be sure and give him 1 house rating. A couple of them gave him 5, so he has a 3 house average. That needs to drop.
Also on the Krisvashon one whoever posted that how do you not give the people her great singing lessons? -
Also btw, compare Kim's profile where it has no pics and before we came along no comments to some of his other counterparts.
God damn this guy is a fucking joke. No wonder he looks like a raging alcoholic in every pic he posts. -
I shit the bed on that one. I've gotten on other people for omitting Ossai and then I go and make the same mistake. Forgive me.He_Needs_More_Time said:

Kim Grinolds
I fought in Vietnam and in the Gulf War. I have led many soldiers into battle, but Kim is the real hero. He told my wife and I that our new home would be "special" and that it would just feel "different" from our previous homes. He ended up losing some great listings to the good real estate agents, but he ended up finding us a two bedroom duplex within walking distance of a mini mall. There mini mall even has a Jimmy Johns! The duplex isn´t great, but I´m giving it more time until I furnish the 30 square foot basement so I can have a place to eat Hot Pockets and wear sweatpants.
Is there anything you wish Kim Grinolds did differently?
His lemon parties were kind of odd.
How did the agent help in finding the right property for you?
Great
How did the agent help to get a good price for you?
The steak wasn't that great, but it did sizzle.

Someone needs to do a Bleenor one. Also guys like DNC said give that fucker a 1 star rating. -
I'll take that $20 now.CheersWestDawg said:Sven's $20 to the first one who does a quality review by Johnny DuRocher.
It sure was interesting, until it wasn´t...
First met Kim at the 7-11 on Aurora in the U-District. He was buying nachos for a "friend," and I was after bananas. When we met, and I had my hand firmly around that banana, Kim said we were kindred spirits, whatever that means.
I mentioned I wanted to buy a condo, and Kim gave me a flyer showing he was a big time Real Estate Agent. Odd since it only showed a picture of a lawn gnome with a huge football, but whatever. Anyway, I decided to trust him, because he seemed to know a lot of influential people. He name dropped all the time. Like Jerry Sandusky.
So, Kim began calling me to set up showings. He would take me to areas I didn´t ask to go to, and show me places I didn´t even like. It was okay the first 23 times, but then it got old. I also noticed that all the places he took me were either near his place, or a weird building named NAMBLA, whatever that means. Everyone always wore sweatpants there. Odd.
Toward the end, his life partner Chris kept showing up with him. I thought this was pretty unprofessional, and well, gross. Have you seen Chris?
I finally realized Kim was never going to sell me what I wanted. It was like he wasn´t even trying. He took me to the Butler Cabin on our last meeting, and I knew I was done.
He tries hard, but just can´t ever quite get it right. Lots of sizzle, but very little steak.
Does the agent seem knowledgeable and experienced?
Somewhat
Has the agent been responsive to your communications?
Yes, almost like a stalker.

Looks like Mark (but how was he a bad president????) Emmert has chimed in. Kudos to whoever did this, and for this person and Swaye for getting the rating system right.
Not very helpful
My life partner Scott and I met with Kim to find a perfect home for us to settle down in.
Kim discussed a new way of doing real estate where I if we paid $10.95 a month, we would get to see secret listings that no one else sees. We decided to give it a try. We soon discovered that the secret listings were not all that great. Most of the home sellers in the listings were not actually looking to sell their homes. The other "secret" listings could also be found in the Seattle Times real estate section for free. The deal breaker for us is when we went to visit a home of a false listing, the owner was there. The owner told us to leave and Kim went on a tirade and called the owner an idiot. It was an embarrassment for my husband Scott and I..
