From 1953-1974 the tournament field varied from 22-25 teams. In 1979 it was expanded to 40 teams. Looks like OSU will be the team that the doogs say we were snubbed for. This is all dumb though, who wants to watch that pos tournament anyways? We're mediocre at basketball because we have a mediocre coach. Nothing more to see.

I kinda think SMU got screwed worse than when UW won the conference and didn't get in. I like how the committee claims they've stopped paying attn to "what have you done lately" but seems to really despise first round conference tournament losses. Goes to show why more than a few coaches have been vocal on why they don't like them.
