Over 300 former national security professionals call out Trump for "unconscionable abuse of power"

I’ve seen multiple explanations that say Trump was investigating Biden and Biden’s son, making what appears to be an introductory get to know one another call and, then, asking for information to that end to ferret out corruption in both the US and Ukraine.
All I’d like to see is one plausible scenario (based on what was released in the transcript - though H won’t call it a transcript) that counters the scenario outlined above.
Is that too difficult of a task? -
Did you read the whistleblower complaint? Obviously it's second hand information but there's a lot more to it than just a phone call. The issue isn't as much what Trump did, but the cover up. After reading more on the Clinton deal this morning, the fact pattern is similar to that scenario. Although Trump isn't under oath yet. I've told you guys all along that the Democrat plan has been to get him under oath for anything. This might be their chance.PurpleThrobber said:I’ve seen multiple explanations that say Trump was investigating Biden and Biden’s son, making what appears to be an introductory get to know one another call and, then, asking for information to that end to ferret out corruption in both the US and Ukraine.

Great point throbber. Maybe it was all very innocent? Can I ask a favor? Maybe trump is also having casual conversations about corruption in China with Xi and asking about Ivanka’s copyrights there too? After all, trump is notoriously against corruption. What do you think?PurpleThrobber said:I’ve seen multiple explanations that say Trump was investigating Biden and Biden’s son, making what appears to be an introductory get to know one another call and, then, asking for information to that end to ferret out corruption in both the US and Ukraine.

Hondo falls back on the old standby Kunt act when he can't back up his mouth. There's no fucking way in hell that Hondo read either the Memo or the Complaint but he'll pretend he did while he regurgitates the few talking points he can remember.

Expand on that. If his daughter is profiting like apparently hunter did, I have no problem punishing her or himCirrhosisDawg said:

I’d rather punish her but that’s a personal fetish not corruption related. Yeah you know me. -

Yeah I did. It bears little resemblance to the transcript and what the Ukraine president says was said and how he took it.
So explain away. -
