Have USC and UCLA ever been simultaneous dumpster fires to this degree?

1989 - 1996 both were pretty drek record wise. But in recruiting?...........no fucking way. This is easily the worst they've ever done in my lifetime...especially at the same time. It's great for UW to some degree. But I'd rather see USC back, and put the PUKES back where they belong....pre 1994.
