    It's good you guys are relaxed. That way the plunger will hurt less going in.

    Or so I've been told.

    I fucking loved weighted dips. Throw some chains over your shoulders and/or hold a dumbbell with your legs? Best shoulder and triceps workout ever. Do yourself a favor and look up weightlifters shoulder because, I got it and it cost me three months recovery and some range of motion. Not saying don’t do them, just saying don’t get stupid with them.

    Weightvest.com is my fren. 60-lb. weight vest from them, a 40-lb. vest with a 20-lb. poncho that goes over it. Done them for about six years now, never had a problem. My problem has been with the medial tendon in my right elbow getting inflamed from too many weighted pull-ups.

    Currently dealing with a shoulder injury likely due to incline press, but I never really liked that exercise anyway

    One of my favorite workouts is taking 65-lb. dumbbells and doing a set of presses and pulls/rows on a flat bench, then clicking the bench up a notch and doing it again. And again. All the way up to military press and standing dumbbell pull. Then back down, notch by notch, to flat again. Then up again. I try to do 21 sets of presses and pulls, so 63 sets total. Used to do it every Thursday until I injured the shoulder two months ago doing the incline barbell press.
