To expound, no one is getting behind the dumb thing Biden says and embracing them as truth. His fans write them off as slip ups and faux pas. Biden is the left's version of W (and I still love W). With AOC, it's different. She's saying untrue things that her base actually believes. She's riling them up. And in the process drawing in some who were on the fringe and aren't very discerning.
It's the Trump script to a t, just the left handed version of it.
And just like with Trump, the other side attacking and calling it dumb is only going to reinforce to the true believers how right she is.
She's done a good job coopting his strategy while tweaking the message. -
