Whoever it is, we will talk and post all season about how much he sucks and blame him for plays he's not even involved in during the gameday threads. Then at the end of the season, he'll be first team all conference and we'll all say "that guy was a stud".

He is a good WR3 playing WR1.
Fuller plays a lot like a JAG (with an occasional incredible catch) but more importantly for the NFL he looks a lot like a JAG athletically and He provides no special teams upside.
Even with a great season he will suffer similar treatment Gaskin did.
There are roughly 33ish pac12 players drafted any given year.
2019: two Pac12 WR drafted before 6th round; Harry (32), JJ AsiagoChicken (57)
2018: two Pac12 WR drafted before 6th round; Pettis (44), Lastley (162)
No earlier than a 6th round flyer, if at all.
