Yeah, that offer list screams 124th best CB in the country.
As Ballz mentioned months ago, he was stuck behind McDuffie and Steele last year. He'll shoot up this year. -

Is he this year's Dom Hampton who blows up senior year? Pretty sure Hampton was also the first DB commit of that class as well.
