I’d love to be sitting with Mario when he writes the job req for his recruiting photo shoot hype team

Now, that's how I'd like to be recruited.Emoterman said:

Can't wait for Oregon to start hiring hype men for individual recruits.LoneStarDawg said:I’d love to be sitting with Mario when he writes the job req for his recruiting photo shoot hype team
I had to specify individual since they already hire them on a pool basis. -
i give cristobal credit though, dude is money when it comes to recruiting.

Your culture is what you recruit ... if that’s how Oregon relies on winning battles then they are going to win when that is what resonates
What I like that UW has done from a recruiting standpoint vs Oregon is that we are polarized opposites ... means we get the guys that fit our culture -
Scott Huff disagrees. Money is actually getting elite talent. Not sucking kids off and getting leftovers when it matters.FirePete said:i give cristobal credit though, dude is money when it comes to recruiting.

There is nothing different about how Oregon recruits to the next college its just simple its not even just college football that tries to do it anything from churches these days to schools to to football teams its just make it exciting and my them feel like a celebrity they get hooked on it but if there is no structure or substance i.e. this case being washington's coaching or built for life program then they just get lost in the cracks as the program turns to the next recruit to give them attention in hopes they commit. In a 17 year old kids head on those trips they get thinking that its going to be like that everyday they go to school there but its not till reality sets in after they commit or 2 years later it really isn't and they learn the lessons later in life. At some point all the kids learn the same lessons hopefully about just being a great human just at Washington they might learn it quicker than others and they get to pursue passions outside of football.

So you’re saying that udub also sucks recruits off but via the b4lyfe program?DodgyBloke said:There is nothing different about how Oregon recruits to the next college its just simple its not even just college football that tries to do it anything from churches these days to schools to to football teams its just make it exciting and my them feel like a celebrity they get hooked on it but if there is no structure or substance i.e. this case being washington's coaching or built for life program then they just get lost in the cracks as the program turns to the next recruit to give them attention in hopes they commit. Miki Ah You is a leader and this dude's family.
UW will be fine in this one. -
And I believe he’s close with Puka.DoogCourics said:Miki Ah You is a leader and this dude's family.

Oh yeah and Ikaika will be combined with Huff on this one because of Ikaika’s Utah connections.
I worry about Bama much more than anyone else. -
I want this dude. So athletic ...
-
If it comes down to bagmen we will lose. If it is about fit I think we would have a good chance.LaMichael_Corleone said:

that clip makes no sense to me...the blue guy has the ball and is running for a TD and the yellow guy is blocking more blue guys for him?Neighbor2972 said: -
oh i get it now...had to watch it a few times to see that the blue guy is playing offense in that scrimmage.

“All of my offers are blessings, and Oregon is always going to be my top school because it feels like home,” he said. “It’s different from watching it on TV to actually being in the stadium. It’s a good different. It feels really… I don’t know, like you can’t believe you are there.”
“We are really close and they said I was their highest priority in my class,” Suamataia said. “It really meant a lot. It’s a great blessing to hear that.”
Adding to the appeal of Oregon is Suamataia’s relationship to his cousins, sophomore left tackle Penei Sewell and five-star linebacker Noah Sewell, who was on his official visit to Eugene for the weekend.
