This is the kid we want at center. Those that study film like him better than Rogers.

I mean they're a mountain west team that is objectively better than Oregon in the Pac 12 hierarchy now.

Predicting top 10 college football offensive lines in 2019

    No. 2 Oregon Ducks

“It was huge when Oregon Ducks quarterback Justin Herbert decided to forego the 2019 NFL Draft for another season of college football. But perhaps just as important is the return of the entire Oregon starting offensive line. Left tackle Penei Sewell (sophomore), left guard Shane Lemieux (senior), center Jake Hanson (senior), right guard Dallas Warmack (senior) and right tackle Calvin Throckmorton (senior) will man the line in front of Herbert for the second straight year. The continuity up front is rare, as Lemieux, Hanson, and Throckmorton are entering their fourth seasons in starting roles for the Ducks. The group did a decent job protecting Herbert last season (22 sacks allowed), but the running game (54th nationally in yards per game) could stand to improve. With the level of experience returning, it would not be a surprise to see that happen.

Next year will just have Sewell back but going into 2020 the line will ranked higher out of HS than this years.

I should have said “could be” depending on if a 3 star beats out one of our 4 stars. Let the chips fall where they may. We will have a good line in 2020 in any event.

He's not as athletic as those guys were in high school. He's stiff and his mobility sucks. He's ass. Not all 3-stars are created equal moron. Hope Oregon gets him.

Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota considered Huskies before signing with Ducks

“On the flight from Seattle back home to Hawaii three years ago, Marcus Mariota made a decision.

“Mom,” he said, “I’m going to be a Husky.”.........BUT NO SCHOLARSHIP OFFER CAME!!

    Thank you.

But hey, kudos to Washington and their recruiters. In the 2011 class.they DID offer a scholarship to Derrick Brown and he signed on and the rest is history as they say.

Not every single one of them. But that's mostly true. Just watch the film. It's not hard. Oregon needs to get Rogers really badly.

The best player Oregon has ever had wanted to be a Husky. Same with Herbert but the offer never came. UW needs to stop passing on QB's that have Oregon as their second choice I'll give you that.

You can't officially visit kids in July. This is news to Cristobal. He thought he could have a big official visit weekend for his SNL camp. What a dumb ass. :D

He obviously did and you know it. Oregon targets from the South East were scheduled as official visitors by Oregon for SNL only to be told they can't come for official visits that weekend. What an idiot. Total amateur hour.

Sure. I don’t really care. It’s dudes that will be around. No harm, no foul. Sounds like more of a gaffe by a new recruiting coordinator or they thought they had a loophole.

There's no shifting blame to a support staff guy. It's not a new rule. Cristobal has been coaching in college how long? How many recruiting cycles has he been a part of? He lacks attention to detail. He's Clay Helton level dumb.

We lost to Helton too. Dumb people fail up all the time but eventually get exposed and fired.
