1990 vs USC is hard to top even though it's a blowout. It's a blowout of US fucking C and a highly rated USC at that.
1991 at Nebraska was nerve wracking as fuck with a beautiful outcome.
1991 at Cal (who was not too high) was epic. Cal was a top 5 team rather easily.
1994 Whammy.
Two straight AC wins over the D word were epic, especially the one in Pullman when UW thankfully had a great kicker. -
1975 USC said fuck off and LEAVE to John McKay after 10 straight losses
1975 Apple Cup made the wins over USC and UCLA that year mean something in the rebuild
1977 USC Warren Moon around the end to clinch the game. And the first Rose Bowl since 1963 season
1981 wind bowl against USC
1990 USC
Seems to be a theme here. #oldschool -
Probably doesn't count because you've seen it but the 2016 Stanford game will be a part of UW lore forever. First time UW was BACK in 15 years.

Let's be real
70 to 21
Nothing else matters -
2000 @ Stanford. Tragic, but an epic game. RIP Curtis Williams.

All great games. Of particular note. Watch the 1991 Nebraska game. I think it was on ABC. But they stroked Nebraska's cock all game. Even with footage inside the locker room. They got so much free pub at the time which set the stage for the 94/95 teams. Then we curb stomped them in the second half. The other thing to watch that game, we played more of a spread offense than we do now. Don James was more advanced than he was given credit for.

Eastern Washington @ Washington
Sept 3, 2011
Wow, what a game this was. Record-setting quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell vs the greatest QB of the Sark era, Keith Price. Washington kept trying to pull away, but Eastern would always bounce back.
Near the end of the third quarter, things were looking good. Washington was up by 14 points and had forced Eastern into a seemingly impossible 3rd and 26. But somehow Eastern was able to convert against Nick Holt's highly-feared defense by throwing a 43 yard touchdown pass, making it a 7 point game going into the 4th quarter.
Up by 3 points with only 1:25 left in the game, Eastern started their final possession at the 5 yard line. Washington's defense was fierce, but Eastern's offense fought valiantly for every yard they could get and managed to move the ball 70 yards on 4 plays that only ate 8 seconds off the clock.
Then came the greatest play in the history of Washington football. Facing 2nd and 10 with 1:17 left in the game, Bo Levi Mitchell drops back and throws the football right to Desmond Trufant in the endzone, which was exactly how the Washington coaches drew it up.
We all cheered and celebrated like crazy. It was year 3 of the Sark era, and we knew we had finally found a coach that could bring us back from being 0-12 and the worst team in the country to a team that was good enough to slip past a formidable FCS team that would go on to tear up the Big Sky Conference and finish 6-5. -
The best games in UW history were those played in the years 2004 to 2015

The whammy. Was in law school in St. Louis and went to Ozzie’s sports bar. The place to be at the time. They had one big screen of it (Florida had like 11) and one real table to watch it. Bunch of Miami dudes there and they were kind enough to let me join them.
Entire table was chiropractor students. Christian chiropractors. The talked so much shit about how the dawgs were going to melt in the heat and 58-0 at home. Like how we used to talk about the ducks in the 70’s.
I fucking hate chiropractors and always have. Not fond of the “have you heard the good news” crowd either.
I kept pretty silent the whole game. I’ve seen enough coug games to know things happen.
But kept getting happier.
Was not flush at the time but I bought all 12 of them a shot of Chambord & Frangeligo as the game ended (nuts and berries shoooter). Said a prayer/toast that it was clearly gods will the huskies were able defeat the humidity and vanquish their might foe. Ended with in the name of the father the son and the Holy Ghost. Looked like they were going to kill me.
Paid bill and Walked out. Hard to walk with my massive boner. I felt like John Wayne before Reagan started blowing him on the regular. -
You must have walked out of there a good six inches taller after spending a few hours with a room full of chiropractors.StlouisDawg said:The whammy. Some entrees from a millennial doog who has lived through the worst stretch in history.
2000 Miami, dawgs are back!
2002 -03 Oregon nothing else matters, fuck you keith Lewis.
Years and years of shit, we all realized we can’t quit this team because we all wanted to
2015 USC. Total jujutsu choke out by UW, a beautifully shitty game. The ensuing USC schadenfreude and Sark firing was the best stretch of my miserable and pathetic doog life.
2016 Oregon Stanford games. Funny story I warned my wife in July that the season might be a huge distraction, I pulled the schedule up and told her week by week how the doog boner was going to keep growing and release with an Oregon win. Because of that she never gave me shit and let me have my dooged out season.
2017-18 I honestly don’t rewatch any of these games. Nothing spectacular happened and we didn’t even look very good in any of them. -
