We went from despising the font and awful black shoulder pads of the last uniforms to just nitpicking the lack of gold trim on the away jerseys. Massive upgrade.

Striped sleeves on Home purple are growing on me. I can actually see the connection to the white stripes of yore.
Just wish our Away white tops didn’t look like Northwestern. -
I don't hate them. With that said, I hope they keep things simple and don't start getting cute - like blackout uniforms and such shit. Wouldn't break my heart either if they never ever donned the purple helmets.

Looking at that still image of Gaskin from the jersey alum vid, and I really think we’re going to cum to love the iridescent sleeve stripes in the sun.
Or what adidas refers to them as:
Three purple stripes are positioned on both sleeve caps of the jersey and use an iridescent, dimensional film within the fabric to convey the look and feel of a king’s velvet robe.
