Alpine skiing (downhill, GS, Super GS, Slalom)
Nordic skiing
Biathlon
Border Cross
Luge/Skeleton/Bobsled
Speed skating (short and long track)
Events that will be on my tv because of wife/kids:
Figure skating
Half-pipe
Opening/closing ceremonies
DGAF:
Hockey, Curling, ski jumping, freestyle skiing, anything with a judge.

Blast from the past and favorite from my generation - Hermann Maier (Austria). After this fall in downhill @ Nagano (1998), got right back up and won gold in SG and GS, days later.
