    Peterman was able to land Budda with the help of Sark and his special 9-4 season with a Macaronni Bowl win. The reason Sark couldn't get Budda or Jack was because it was only a couple of years after 0-12. The kids grow up remembering this stuff, can't expect to land recruits like that so soon after 0-12.
