Technically, he's an OLB, but yeah I believe UW plays a 3-4. And in a 3-4, the OLB in a lot of ways is just a smaller off the ball Defensive End that will also drop into coverage. Kind of like James Harrison with the Steelers. He was an OLB, but was used mostly as a pass rusher.Neighbor2972 said:

No your the idiot. He’s listed as an outside linebacker not a defensive end. That is what is listed on the Husky roster. You are still a hypocrite for criticizing the size of Sewell when Sewell is taller and more agile. We have OLB that have different designated names. That does not make them a Defensive Lineman. Hey The Huskies listed him as an outside LB not me moron. Maybe they should have digferent designations for certain LB’s like Oregon.

Oregon’s outside linebackers are called “Sam” & “Jack” or “Stud”. The “Stud” Linebacker is more what you are thinking of.
-The “Jack” LB is still designated as a linebacker
-Sewell is more of a “Will” or “Sam LB but who is to say he won’t end up at Jack or Sam.
