Made a tweak to our reaction badges

I didn't like the lightbulb (which looks like an eye) as the symbol for fuck off. The only other option that made sense was the off topic badge, which is a smiley face that has a queasy look

Hopefully that will work better. Things will look confusing for a few days with the multiple badges for fuck off, but it'll get cleaned up soon enough.
