I don’t have a problem with it as long as the build it right.

But it’s pretty rich for conservatives to fancy themselves “pro-construction and progress”... then they fight to block things like increased density when it’s in their own cities and neighborhoods.

Yeah, it's "conservatives" that are blocking increased density.

America’s Cities Are Unlivable. Blame Wealthy Liberals.

The demise of a California housing measure shows how progressives abandon progressive values in their own backyards.

So you have no problem with Keystone as long as it meets standards for pipeline construction? Have I mentioned that you’re a walking talking cliche? Did you support the troops, but were against the war? No problem paying higher taxes if a kid in Minnesota gets the heart transplant he needs? Don’t mind paying your fair share of taxes? Crazy that we can pay baseball players millions but not give teachers the pay they deserve? It’s “democratic socialism” not authoritarian socialism.

    JFC you’re pathetic.

Nobody wants poor people living next door. The only difference is that the left virtue signals about it and are hypocrites.

I dont want to live in a shitty area. I dont want shitty people from shitty areas turning my area shitty.

Up until about 5 years ago thats a completely uncontroversial statement. Now, I am a nazi.

I don't care about the income of the person living next to me. I do notice that you think poor people are incapable of being decent people. So you have that going for you.

Silly Mike. I'll tell you. I have lived in many poor neighborhoods and the people are generally happier and more friendly than the affluent neighborhoods I've lived in. Too many people screaming to stay off their lawn Bannon style.

All I know is that anytime I've been around public housing there's more trash, garbage, graffiti and crime then places with no public housing.

You're a lesser person because you're a pathological lying piece of shit troll with no integrity. Your income has nothing to do with it.

Actually there is a better correlation between growing up in a single parent home and increased crime rates than there is to poverty. Btw, where are these underfunded schools you're referring to?

Utah has some of the lowest per student spending in the country while DC has some of the highest. Care to guess which has a higher crime rate?
