    Neither party actually believes in "Free Trade." That's the fig leaf over the bullshit.

    They both believe in cheap labor and high profit margins and there's not a sliver of daylight between their constituents at GE, GM, Apple, Intel or Levi Strauss on that position. Almost forgot Nike. FML.

    Yes. Because as stupid and childish as some of the shit that comes out of his mouth might be, he doesn't apologize for being an American and for being white. I readily concede that appearances are important, and that one is important.

    Most people don't want to feel badly about and marginalize themselves. I have to admit that the wanton acceptance of "white guy this and white guy that" gets old after a bit. I am a white guy, so why would I want to be synonymous with badness and the punch line to every PC joke and the explanation for everything wrong in society? I don't.

    I actually somewhat agree with this. I think Trump is beatable, which makes it all the more mystifying to me that most of the democratic field is going out of their way to fuck it away again.
    The game plan makes no fucking sense. Trump proved that there is an entite contingent of blue collar white people who were forgotten by the DNC. That blind spot single handedly lost them the election.

    So what's the response? Veer further to the left and continue to demonstrate that they have nothing to offer that lost contingent. Working class whites don't care about social jus, tice, police reform, or increased access to college. They only marginally care about healthcare (a job will solve that for them).
    Nailed it. All Dems have to do to win is give more than lip service to blue collar workers in the midwest. They would win in a landslide. Instead they go all in on The War on Coal and Oil and Gas and anything that isn't a windmill, transgender bathrooms, raising taxes (always popular lulz), open borders and ICE abolishment, and UBI. All huge losers with middle America.
