    I never understand how they pick these rankings after the top ~50 seems so random. Whatever is making Oregon ranked so high is weighted way too high. And quality of cheese is weighted too low.

    From this vantage point, one could say the Utah and Colorado fit into the academis vision of the Pac a lot better than CUOG, BOOV or QUOOK.
