Great photo opp. But MacArthur's return to the Philippines was a complete waste and did nothing to hasten Japan's surrender. Probably got a lot more Filipinos killed than would have otherwise been the case if we just left it on the vine to rot.RaceBannon said:

While our care is better for most Americans, we still face the same issue- i.e., spending on old people competing with defense dollars.
