So much AIDS in this thread. Let’s simplify:

The DL room has a bunch of bad asses like Levi, Benning, Tuli, and Taki. Mosiah may be ready to contribute soon too. No need for JAGs like Scrempy and Bronson in the 2-deeps. No need to play any true frosh >4g@.

The OLB room has a bunch of bad asses like Tryon, Zion, Ngata, and (yes) Bowman. Get Smalls to sign on the line that is dotted, then just take the shirt off Latu, and we’re good here. Shirt Trice.

The ILB room has a bunch of bad asses like Welly, Sirmon, Tafisi, and Ulofoshio. Manu is never gonna start and probably won’t be in the 2-deeps, even if Beavers is done (he is). No need to play any true frosh >4g@.

The DB room has a bunch of bad asses like Keith, Elijah, Brandon, Myles, Julius, Kyler, and Dom. Gilchrist and Cook are never gonna start. If everybody stays healthy, you might even get away with shirting all the true frosh here.

UW’s defensive staff evaluates and develops talent very well. Also, fuck Cal. The soft Sept sked allows the coaches ample time to figure out how the pieces fit best.
