Fine, Manafort did bad deals with the Ukraine in 2005. Which has been known by prosecutors for some time now. He got what he deserved
A lot of folks had fortunes drained and reputations destroyed and did not deserve it.

There's no doubt that the people within the GOP who didn't like Trump didn't feel the need to cooperate with him on account of the belief that he wasn't long for the office. Many of the people who retired in the House did so because they thought Trump was going to be mired in scandal and they'd get crushed in the mid-terms. A full strength Trump would have been much tougher for Ryan to undermine. The political support for Trump would have been stronger from his own party.RaceBannon said:
