It seems like the current spin is that Mueller actually found a bunch of stuff that will take down Trump, but Barr lied and will cover it all up and/or Mueller ACSHULLY gave all the info to OTHER people to take down Trump.

And now the Democrats are in outrage (aren't they always?) and need the report NOW.
Of course it was always going to be released and everyone had agreed they'd do some stuff then release it but they need it NOW!
So Mitch knowing how stupid they are is gonna block it to really get them foaming at the mouth.
"If they don't want the public to see it then it must incriminate!!!! Drumpf is going down!"
They will inevitably get it in a few weeks and once again will be totally devastated when it's pretty much what we thought it was already.
