And now the Democrats are in outrage (aren't they always?) and need the report NOW.
Of course it was always going to be released and everyone had agreed they'd do some stuff then release it but they need it NOW!
So Mitch knowing how stupid they are is gonna block it to really get them foaming at the mouth.

They will inevitably get it in a few weeks and once again will be totally devastated when it's pretty much what we thought it was already.
