Idk, I see Tosh as more than just Shaq Thompson. I see Tosh as the collapse of Cal.
Once he left, their recruiting class fell apart and Cal has been in a free fall since. Part of it was Tedford's inability to recruit/develop QBs but they've been 4-20 since Tosh left.
So $500k to see Cal's program crash and burn is money well spent.
